This special series looks at world affairs from the perspective of foreign policy practitioners. It tries to show both the diversity and the complexity of these affairs from the “top down” as it were.

All of Gakushuin University’s students and staff – present and past – are welcome to attend. Please encourage any member of the current university, or any of its alumni, to come. It is a unique chance to hear senior diplomats talk about international politics.
